We encourage you to arrive promptly for your appointment to ensure full treatment time. Also, we recommend scheduling services prior to leaving to insure your first preferences of time and date.

For your own comfort & the consideration of others, please bring children only if arrangements have been made for someone to supervise them.

We do not offer refunds for services or products. However, for products, we can exchange or offer you a credit note.

Gift Certificates are available for any service package or dollar amount for use on services or product purchase. Gift Certificates are transferable but nonrefundable, expiring one year from issue date.

As a courtesy to our staff, we ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations and one week notice for bridal parties is required. If appropriate notice is not given for cancellation by bridal parties, deposit money will be forfeited to the salon.

This salon uses only the highest quality products available. We cannot guarantee our services without the use of professional styling products.
