Our goal is to provide a professional, relaxing, and consistent experience for every guest. The following
policies are standard within the Maimi Valley Region’s salon industry and are in place to protect our clients, stylists,
and business. Booking an appointment with us constitutes acceptance of these policies.
Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments are recommended and encouraged to ensure availability. However we do accept walk ins if there is a stylists available.

Appointments can be made by booking directly with your stylist, calling our front desk at 937-431-0600, or scheduling online at your convenience.

Add the appointment directly to your calendar
To help you stay on schedule, our front desk will give you a reminder call the day before your appointment. If you’ve opted in to messaging, you’ll also receive a text or email when your appointment is booked.
We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled service to allow your stylist to provide the best possible experience.
Late Arrivals
We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.

Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require immediate rescheduling and may be subject to a
cancellation or no-show fee at the stylist’s discretion.
Cancellations & No-Shows
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
​
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee, which is set independently by each stylist.
​
No-shows will result in a penalty or service charge, as determined by the stylist.
​
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Payment Policies
We accept the following forms of payment: - Cash - Checks - Visa - Mastercard - American Express – Discover - Apple Pay

Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Refunds, Redos & Adjustments
We are a no-refund salon. No refunds will be issued for services or products.
​
If you are unsatisfied with your service, we are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment (redo) within 7 days of the original service.
​
Adjustments must be scheduled with the original service provider and are limited to the originally agreed-upon service.
​
Our Stylists are independent contracts and have the right to set their own policies to their clients. If there is any questions, we suggest you reach out to your stylists directly!
Retail Products
All retail product sales are final.
​
Products may be exchanged for an even exchange only, provided they are gently used and
returned within a reasonable timeframe.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available in any dollar amount and may be used toward any service or retail
product.
​
Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be presented at the time of
use.
​
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Children in the Salon
Children are welcome only if they are receiving a service or are closely supervised at all times.
​
For safety and relaxation purposes, unattended children are not permitted.
​
The salon is not responsible for injuries to unsupervised children.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate, abusive, unsafe, or disruptive
behavior.
​
Guests exhibiting illness, open wounds, or contagious conditions may be asked to reschedule.
Pricing & Service Time
Prices are subject to change based on hair length, density, time, and product usage.

Quoted prices are estimates and may vary depending on the final consultation.
